Senior Rejection Officer

Job Summary:
The Senior Rejection Officer is responsible for supervise handling rejected claims specially IP claims  , preparation of claims rejection analysis Reports , denial replies to the insurance companies and ensuring proper communication
of rejection reasons with the concerned departments either medical and/or technical
Job Responsibility:
- Review rejected claims based on set criteria and guidelines.
- Communicate medical and technical rejection reasons clearly and professionally to other
departments .
- Offer constructive feedback to avoid rejections.
- Work closely with team members to ensure consistent and fair rejection processes.
- Maintain records of rejection reasons for reporting purposes.

- Bachelor's degree a medical field or equivalent .
- Previous experience in claims rejection management is a must .
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Ability to handle rejection situations professionally and with empathy.
- Microsoft Office and computer skills
- Data Analysis skills
