Job Summary

As directed by the supervisor of Transportation. Service Vehicle Driver renders transport services to all employee of Riyadh Care Hospital in an effective manner to reach the destination in a safe and timely manner.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensures through his actions, either directly or indirectly, that a superior quality of medical treatment, compassion and understanding is given to every patient served at the NMC Hospitals and Clinics.

• With proper coordination with the requesting departments/section, to deliver specimen, mails, packages, and other related documents to the indicated addresses.

• To coordinate with the security supervisor to take the female employees to the shopping areas, as per schedule.

• To determine the needs for transport services to hospital staff and to approve the transport request after careful evaluation of said request.

• To render transport services to King Khalid International Airport for the female staff going and coming from vacation and for those male and female staff who are going on exit visas, as per approved transport request.

• With an approved request, to take female employees to the Saudi American and Riyadh Bank.

• To take medical staff and nursing staff to the site of exam during their MOH licensure examination.

• To be responsible for pre-operational checking of vehicle assigned to him prior to the scheduled trip (brakes, water, oil, tire pressure, and physical feature of the vehicle).

• To take necessary precautions while performing the job and to obey the traffic laws and regulations.

• To perform other applicable tasks and duties assigned within the realm of the employees knowledge, skills, and abilities..

Qualifications:

A minimum of:

• Secondary Diploma or Equivalent

• Valid Driving License

• Certificate Training Course in Driving.

• Three (3) years Driving Experience in Hospital setting is preferred.

• Ability to communicate in English and in Arabic languages.

• No criminal record.
