Cashier

Ensures through his actions, either directly or indirectly, that a superior quality of medical treatment, compassion and understanding is given to every patient served at the CARE Hospitals and Clinics.

Receives cash or checks or completed credit card transactions from the Registration Clerks.

Counts money to verify amounts received.

Compares totals on cash register with amount of currency in register to verify balances.

Endorse checks and lists total cash and checks to the Head of Cashier for bank deposit.

Compiles collection, disbursement, and bank reconciliation reports.

Performs additional tasks and duties as assigned by Superiors.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelors Degree in Accountancy or any related field

Two (2) years experience as a cashier.

Good command over English language

Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
