Functional Responsibilities:
1. Monitor the progress of work and update the project schedule.
2. Create projects dashboard and all progress and technical reports.
3. Measure contractors’ performance and issue weekly, biweekly and monthly performance report.
4. Create cash-flow for the project.
5. Review all data submitted by quantity surveyors and evaluate contractors’ claims.
6. Control project cost and report any deficiency.
7. Register and monitor risks and escalate critical issues of the project.
8. Review contractors’ invoices after consultant approval.
9. Establish critical millstones, dependencies and baselines.
10. Ensure project execution as per the project budget.
11. Coordination between contractors and project’s tasks.
12. Highlight areas of delays and recommend solutions.
13. Coordinate with supply chain management team and all contractors/vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment required for the project.
14. Maintain constant communication with management, staff, contractors and vendors to ensure proper coordination and adherence to the schedule.
15. Research and issue reports, and develop presentations.
16. Allocate resources effectively and optimize utilization.
17. Maintain files, records, and documents using applicable software systems and procedures, and develop project templates.
18. Assist with training staff on the use of project management tools/software.
19. Conducting feasibility studies on new or upcoming projects.
20. Perform other related duties as required and assigned.

Job Specifications
Minimum Job Qualifications Requirement (Academic, Certifications, languages, etc.)
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Professional certification (e.g., PMP, is Preferred
Minimum Work Experience:
- 5 Years working experience as a Project Engineer
