- Assist Pharmacist in dispensing medications and maintaining appropriate patient records and charges.
- Ensures through his actions, either directly or indirectly, that a superior quality of medical treatment, compassion and understanding is given to every patient served at the NMC Hospitals and Clinics.
- Ensures that the dispensing functions in Pharmacy area is complete, by checking the prescription with correct labeling which is already confirmed by the Pharmacist. This is carried out promptly for Inpatient, I.V. Admixture and Outpatient.
- Ensures that the area is maintained in a neat and clean order and is well stocked in the work in the work area for unit dose and I.V. Admixture.
- Ensures that the dispensing functions in the centralized I.V. Admixture Program, aseptically prepared TPN solutions, injectable chemotherapy, antibiotics and other medications for I.V. therapy are completely labeled (in a proper and prompt manner) under direct supervision of the Pharmacist.

- Proficient in the use and application of new medications and technology.
- Problem solving ability and analytical thinking preferred.
- Customer service skills; exhibits professionalism, effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Fluency in verbal and written English for Arabic and Non-Arabic speakers.
- Computer literate.
