Job Summary :
Supervises operations of Medical Reports Section including file/report extraction, file confidentiality, securing all written and electronic medical reports within its facility, coordinates with the concerned medical staff related to medical reports, medical reports issuance, ensures that information contained in the reports are complete, accurate and only available to authorized personnel, and section's scheduling.in accordance with the hospital requirements.
Major Duties and Responsibilities :
Ensures through his action, either directly or indirectly, that a superior quality of medical treatment, compassion and understanding is given to every patient served at the Riyadh Care Hospital.
- Supervises, guide, motivate and evaluate all staff within its section while implementing hospital/departmental policies and procedures.
- Assists and participates in the departmental studies and quality projects.
- Maintains security and confidentiality of all care information.
- Responsible for the birth and death reports system in Riyadh Care Hospital as registered in the health and civil affairs.
- Utilizes SEHA platform (MOH program) through internet for linking and auditing leaves electronically.
- Handles governmental correspondence in general regarding medical reports and inquiries/verification of sick leaves whenever required.
- Identifies needs of the section, arranges/coordinates request with the concerned department and follow-up.
- Plan and coordinates monthly section's rota/duty scheduling.
- Handles problems related to staff and patients' medical reports.
- Answers patient inquires, receives and issues requested medical reports, translations, birth notifications and sick leaves based on hospital policy and procedures.
- Follow up with the concerned department for fast preparation and delivery of patients reports.
- Complete demographic patient information.
- Performs tasks assigned by the Director/Head of the department whenever requires which are related to medical reports.

Requirements and skills :
Excellent communication skills.
Previous experience in Medical Records.
Excellent in English.
