Job Description
Ensure that all hospital projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within
budget.
• Leads an interdepartmental team to complete an assigned project on time, to
specifications, and with accuracy and efficiency.
• Outlines the tasks involved in the project and delegates accordingly.
• Conducts cost analysis, estimating expected costs for the project.
• Prepares and implements a budget based on estimates.
• Conducts risk assessments; reports identified risks to management; provides
recommendations for mitigation of risk (including termination of the project if
appropriate).
• Addresses questions, concerns, and/or complaints throughout the project.
• Acts as a liaison between company, customers, and vendors.
• Ensures compliance with policies, local, industry, contractual, and company
regulations, standards, specifications, and best practices.
• Monitor project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress
reports; recommending actions and Ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, and develop
project dashboard to track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful
completion of short and long-term goals.
• Attend project coordination and owner/contractor/architect/engineer meetings as
requested or required and manage the relationship with the client and all
stakeholders.
• Monitor, set and update hospital strategic plan and KPIs hospital wide and
departmental wide.
• Prepare and monitor Departmental performance database (operational! financial)
• Prepare and monitor Physician performance review database (part-time/full-time)
• Arrange performance meetings between departments and the Director General and
follow-up meeting recommendations.
• Working closely under the guidance and direction of the Director General and the
organizations systems and methods.
• Assist in plan and specific analysis in order to provide clear, traceable and
coordinated interpretations of the design/drawings for construction and act as liaison
with subcontractors in expediting drawings and related information.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education
Required
• Bachelor's degree in related field, which may include Computer Science, Business,
or Engineering.
• PMP, PgMP, CAPM, and/or comparable project management certifications highly
desirable.
Experience
Required
Four (04) years of responsible coordination experience; or an acceptable equivalent
combination and experience.
Good knowledge of Hospital operations and specifically of the assigned department.
Proven working experience in project management and strategic management.

documents, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
